Features of environmental of liability with in the EU

Abstract
The article defines the problems of legal regulation of responsibility for causing environmental harm to the environment within the EU. The peculiarities of the use of responsibility for pollution of the environment, its types, measures and methods of application in practice of the EU member states are established.
