FEATURES OF EXPRESSION OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE FU-TURE MENTORER PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract
The article deals with the features of emotional intelligence detection of the future teacher of a preschool educational institution. The concept of emotional intelligence and its structure are substantiated. The level of emotional intelligence according to the students of 1.4 and 5 courses is allocated and analyzed. A psychodiagnostic toolkit has been selected to find out the level of development of emotional intelligence. The results of the research on the level of development of emotional intelligence and its components are presented.
