FEATURES OF HUMANITARIAN TRAINING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND MORAL-ETHICAL QUALITIES OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF ARTISTIC PROFILE

Abstract
The article conducts an analysis and deals wiht the significance of the influence of humanitarian training on the formation and development of professional qualities of future specialists in the field of arts. It is proved that humanitarian training in professional-arts establishments of education is aimed to stimulate the social and socio-psychological development of the future specialist personality, which in particular includes: mastering of the social knowledge necessary for orientation in the surrounding world; acquiring interactive abilities – the ability independently organize interaction with other people and carry out the joint activities, speech competence, the necessary abilities in the field of social assessment and self-evaluation, which will ensure the definition and implementation of an adequate attitude towards themselves and others through a high level of professional and ethical culture. The spiritual and value basis of humanitarian disciplines is studied, which takes into account not only external human needs, but also aspects related to the meaning of life, the relationship of the past, the present and the future, the analysis of human activity and its impact on subsequent generations. The tasks of humanitarian training are considered, which include: the formation of the system of scientific knowledge, concepts and skills in the students; the implementation of the professional orientation of the content of education; formation the scientific world outlook, scientific and creative thinking, education of ecological culture and value attitude to science in the youth. The effectiveness of the humanization of education is determined by the principles of environmental compatibility and environmental suitability. Each person has spiritual needs, which are manifested in accordance with the behavior and outlook. Providing the nature-friendly support to the personality of a young person will promote the development of nature-friendly spirituality, which promotes self-organization, self-regulation, self-determination of the moral and spiritual formation in life. At the same time, joining the culture forms the intellectual, moral, aesthetic interests of a person, develops the spiritual needs that affect lifestyle, value orientations, motives, interests and ideals, an active attitude to the surrounding reality and reflect the level of the spiritual culture of society.
