FEATURES OF INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION OF HIGH-SKILLED WORKERS

Abstract
In this article the features of international migration of high-skilled workers, problems and consequences of intellectual migration are investigated. The main directions and centers of gravity of migrants in the world are analyzed. The factors influencing the international migration of high-skilled personnel are described. The place of Ukraine in international migration of high-skilled labor is determined.
