FEATURES OF JUDICIAL PROTECTION FOR CO-OWNERSHIP BY ACTIO VINDICATIO AND ACTIO NEGATORIA

Abstract
The article outlines features of judicial protection for co-ownership by claims which are considered as classical for a protection for individual property rights. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the applicability actio vindicatio and actio negatoria to the protection for co-ownership. In addition, the article contains a description of practical cases and its resolving.
