FEATURES OF M&A MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The peculiarities of M&A processes at the present stage are highlighted, the main tendencies in M&A market in Ukraine are determined, the main directions of integration processes of domestic enterprises are analyzed. The feasibility of M&A transactions is substantiated. The motives of M&A agreements are analyzed. The features of the Ukrainian M&A market are highlighted.
