VALUE INDICATORS FOR PERSONNEL NUMBER MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article identifies strategic alternatives for managing the number of personnel. The reactive strategy involves the formation of personnel contingent at the time of the need for workers. The proactive strategy is based on the formation of a personnel reserve, an excessive number for quick agile closure of emerging vacancies. The strategy of universalization involves the personnel training of related professions to avoid a shortage of personnel. It was proposed to make a strategic choice on the basis of the cost of the personnel shortage, the personnel surplus, the cost of training. Presented methodological recommendations for estimating the value of these indicators.
