FEATURES OF NORMATIVE LEGAL SUPPLY THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article highlights the aspects that characterize the regulatory framework of the existing rights of the child in Ukraine system. Taking into account the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, the features that are inherent in the regulatory regulation of the rights of the child are disclosed. Due to the fact that in Ukraine, at the normative level, not specifically to “children’s rights” category offers original version of the relevant concepts. It is proved that a promising way of improving the legal provision of the rights of the child is to develop the foundations of legislative regulation of the rights of the child as a participant in the information relations on the Internet.
