FEATURES OF ORGANIZATION AND MANUFACTURING FUTURE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS PRODUCTION ON THE BASIS OF THE COMPETENT APPROACH

Abstract
The theoretical principles of the problem of preparing future medical assistants for professional activity in the process of production practice on the basis of a competent approach are considered. The influence of the competent approach to the production practice of future medical assistants is determined, the peculiarities of the organization and conducting of the practice of future medical assistants on the basis of the competent approach, which influence the quality of their professional training, are determined. It is concluded that the problem of disclosure of the peculiarities of the organization and conduct of the industrial practice of future medical assistants on the basis of a competent approach is integrative and combines various aspects. The prospect-search phase involves determining the levels of formation of the readiness of future paramedics to professional activity in the process of production practice.
