ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE SOCIAL MANAGEMENT MECHANISM

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical analysis of the main approaches to the understanding of the organizational structure of the social management mechanism. The ways of improvement of social management in the activity of social services institutions are outlined. The theoretical questions of the experience of using management and marketing in the sphere of social services are researched. The components that are part of the general structure of social factors are characterized. The complex dynamic system, which has a hierarchical character, is specified, and the external and internal structure of the social control mechanism is disclosed.
