FEATURES OF PROSECUTOR'S IMPLEMENTATION CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITIES ABOUT THE VOICE AND OTHER RESEARCH AND SEARCH THE ACTS OF THE BODIES OF THE LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of the peculiarities of the implementation of the constitutional authority by the prosecutor tooversee the secret and other investigative and search actions of the law enforcement agencies. The definition of "supervision of the prosecutor for the conduct of investigative (search) actions" is proposed. It is proposed to supplement the forms of participation of the prosecutor in the conduct of investigative (search) actions by initiating and justifying the question of carrying out investigation (search) actions before the investigating judge.
