FEATURES OF QUALIFICATION OF SOME CRIMES AGAINST HEALTH OF PERSONS UNDER THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article high lights the peculiarities of the criminal-legal qualification of individual crimes against the health of a person under the criminal legislation of Ukraine. Establishing similar and distinctive features of these crimes, which differ in content and form. Those signs belonging to two or more criminal law are the competition that is present in the investigated crimes against the health of a person. The analysis of the works of scientists engaged in this topic was carried out, his own vision was presented regarding the perfection of the law on criminal liability of crimes against the health of a person.
