Features of recruitment in the public service in terms of reforming the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine

Abstract
In the article the features of recruitment in the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in the context of public service reform is considered. The attention is paid to innovations of HR technologies used in filling vacant posts. It is proposed the ways to improve the rules of competition for the public service that ensure its openness and transparency.
