Features of the conclusion of the contract of lifelong maintenance in favor of the third party

Abstract
In the paper the features of the conclusion of the contract of lifelong maintenance in favor of the third party are investigated. The necessity of detailed elaboration of the obligations of the acquirer (debtor) as regards the alienator, as well as with respect to the third person (or persons), is substantiated at the conclusion of the contract of lifelong maintenance in favor of a third person. It is proposed to include in the definition of the term “contract of lifelong maintenance”, enshrined in civil law, provisions relating to the life of a third person. Prospective directions of the further researches on the considered questions are determined.
