The impact of imperative mandate of the national deputy of Ukraine on the balance of branches of power in Ukraine.

Abstract

The legal aspects of influence of “Ukrainian imperative mandate” on a political process in the state have been analysed in the article. It was proved, that changes in the Constitution of Ukraine, adopted in 2004, did not provide the sufficient balance of branches of power. The unreasonable character of these changes continue to stimulate the accumulation of unconstitutional methods of influence on Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and other public authorities. Changes are offered to legal acts in relation to null the negative influence of “imperative mandate” on the system of the state power in Ukraine.
