Features of the Design Approach to the Organization of Transport and Trade Logistics Cluster

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to consider the specific application of the design approach to the organization of transport and trade logistics cluster (TTLC). Cluster approach to the formation of the economy is one of the most effective for improving the competitiveness of the territories. On the stages of the cluster formation it has features of a project, so for its implementation it is advisable to use the design approach. To implement the design approach its special features were considered for TTLC, control system of design activities for the TTLC organization, cycles of changes: occurring on project phases, directions assess project performance, project management based on the creation TTLC basic functional areas. Effective project management of TTLC creation requires further simulation of a project management system, review methodologies for assessing the effectiveness of its organization and functioning, as well as a posteriori evaluation of the project. Methodological approaches to the creation of TTLC based design approach can be used in regions where there are certain conditions. This will greatly facilitate the development of positive results, both in economic and social spheres.
