FEATURES OF THE LEGAL WRITING OF THE FEDERAL LAW “ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION” OF 2002

Abstract
The article considers features of the legal writing of the Federal Law “On Environmental Protection” of 2002. The analysis of the FL text on the basis of consideration of nine rules of legal writing is carried out: 1) correspondence of the title and content; 2) logical flow of the presentation of the material; 3) structure; 4) calculation of quantitative characteristics; 5) assessment of interbranch nature; 6) object approach; 7) the systematic nature of the presentation of the material; 8) assessment of the document linguistics; 9) the legal writing of rules of ensuring the rights of citizens in the field of environmental protection. The use of quantitative characteristics showed that the legislator paid the greatest attention to control and supervision, and the least – to the issues of assessing the impact on the environment and scientific research in this area.
