FEATURES OF THE PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INTRODUCTION

Abstract
The features of the project portfolio management system implementation are considered. The stages of the project implementation project portfolio management system are defined. The three-level system of project office functioning was considered and model of the project office system was built. Recommendations about introduction of portfolio management system are developed. The computer model of the project portfolio formation process has been built.
