Features of the strategy of Ukraine's integration to the European Union and legal regulation of migration processes

Abstract
The questions of geopolitical choice of Ukraine are examined in the article. It is shown that basic maintenance of public transformation consists in the orientation of Ukraine on European civilization, on claim of its socio-political values, providing of collaboration with the European countries in political, economic and humanitarian spheres, bringing in to participating in activity of the European political institutes.
