Abstract
In the article the author analyzes the system of legal responsibility of officials of the public service for violating the re- quirements of the legislation in the field of preventing corruption. The author determines the problems of applying this type of disciplinary sanctions as dismissal or performance of official duties. The author determines the need to provide for a special procedure for removing persons who hold political posts from performing their duties.
