THE PROSPECT OF ESTABLISHING LOCAL POLICE AS A DIRECTION TO IMPROVE THE ACTIVITIES FOR ENSURING PUBLIC ORDER BY THE POLICE IN THE COMMUNITY

Abstract
The article explores the conceptual approaches to the prospects for the establishment of local police as a direction for improving the provision of public order by the internal affairs bodies in the territory of the community, analyzed the main scientific researches in the field under investigation, disclosed the current conceptual approaches and the application of the norms in the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of public protection bodies of the local (municipal) police.
