Fenomenologia negocjacji w zarządzaniu

Abstract
Autor uściśla pojęcie negocjacji, które funkcjonuje w literaturze przedmiotu, ujawnia niektóre źródła jego wieloznaczności i zarysowuje metodę jej kontrolowania. W tekście wyznaczono ogólną perspektywę, w której można dostrzec kompatybilność różnych określeń negocjacji, które bez tej perspektywy mogą wydawać się rozbieżne lub sprzeczne. Praca jest przykładem wykorzystania metod filozoficznych w naukach o zarządzaniu.
