FIELD DATA ANALYSIS IN RELIABILITY TESTING OF TECHNICAL OBJECTS

Abstract
In a reliability assessment of technical objects operated in real conditions the key element is data concerning some variables. The nature of a field test introduces disturbances in data collecting, storing and processing while decreasing their credibility. It influences a further data analysis and processing. The paper describes models of censored data and methods of their processing.
