Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation of philosophical and legal views of Ukrainian literary critic, journalist, philosopher and politician Dmitry Dontsov. The main aspects of the life of a scientist are covered. The attention was focused on the main figures and circumstances that were tangent to the life of Dmitry Dontsov and influenced the formation of his practical life and philosophical and legal views.
