ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОНЯТТЯ ПРОЦЕДУР У ЗЕМЕЛЬНОМУ ПРАВІ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the main achievements of the science of land law in the sphere of understanding land legal procedures. The concept of procedure in land law is developed, the main features are identified, the essence of this legal phenomenon is investigated. On specific examples, the regularities inherent in all procedures in land law are investigated. The norms of the land legislation have been analyzed, providing for the sequence of performance of legally significant actions, the implementation of which leads to the desired result. Were formulated and proved it seems possible to define the concept of procedure in the land law
