Abstract
The article defines the levels of implementation of public administration of the protection of property rights in Ukraine as a set of processes having common qualitative characteristics (stage, normative regulation, publicity, etc.) and the distinctive functions, tasks, circle of subjects, however, in their totality, public administration is carried out protection of property rights. It is disclosed that public administration of property rights protection is carried out at the following levels: lawmaking, law enforcement, enforcement and law enforcement.
