Financial enterprises and subsystem consumer cooperation organizations: the nature, place and significance in the management of their effectiveness

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to determine the place and role of the financial subsystem in the overall enterprise system and its impact on the efficiency of its operations and management features of it; determining the nature of the enterprise as a system, its components, which, discussed in more detail a number of categories of theories and systems of the organization, allowing to identify and establish the relationship between concepts such as the organization, system and company. Methodology of research. The solution of these problems in an article carried by such scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical approach. Findings. The place and role of the financial subsystem in the overall enterprise system and its impact on the efficiency of its operations, including those that relate to the system of consumer cooperatives, and management features of it; defines the essence of the enterprise as a system, its components have been identified and established the relationship between concepts such as the organization, system and company. Practical value. The article substantiates that the relationships that are formed and carried out both outside and inside the company, certain indirect means. For enterprises, this means that a set of relations to the process of production, distribution, exchange and consumption involve the use of financial resources. The solution of these problems and helps to properly formed and managed the financial sub-system enterprise, and management of this system creates all conditions for the effective exposure to financial performance. Main scientific article can be used in the practice of business management and organizations of various forms of ownership.
