FINANCIAL RESOURCES AS AN INSTRUMENT OF EFFECTIVE ACTIVITY OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES

Abstract
The article deals with the main problem issues of using budget funds by local self-government bodies at the district level (on the example of Velyky Berezny district, Transcarpathian region). Features of the implementation of the state program of financial decentralization that began in Ukraine from 2015 have been characterized. The regional problems of formation and effective use of budgetary funds have been outlined.
