Financing of environmental action on air pollution: conformity criterion

Abstract
The dynamics of the amount and structure of pollutant emissions into the atmospheric air are analyzed. Major pollutants are identified according to their chemical composition, their dynamics are examined. The financing mechanism of environmental action on air pollution is explored, its compliance with addressing air pollution problems is analyzed.
