FINANSOWANIE SUBREGIONU RADOMSKIEGO Z FUNDUSZY STRUKTURALNYCH UE

Abstract
The aim of the paper is to analyze and evaluation of the activity and the efficiency of public institutions operating in the subregion Radom for involvement in the acquisi-tion of financial resources of the European Union in the years 2004–2015. Thats why the Author analyses the frequency of the competition, the effectiveness of the projects prepared proposals for funding from the EU structural funds, their types, natures and purposes. It were analysis all districts of subregion Radom and was made the Division of the project promoters on the 4 main institutions: the administration of the munici-pality, non–governmental organisations, universities and entrepreneurs. Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena aktywności i skuteczności instytucji publicznych działających w subregionie radomskim pod kątem zaangażowania w pozyskiwanie środków finansowych Unii Europejskiej w latach 2004–2015. W tym celu dokonano analizy częstotliwości ubiegania się o projekty, skuteczność przygotowywanych wniosków o dofinansowanie, ich rodzaj, charakter, cel. Analizie poddano wszystkie powiaty subregionu radomskiego oraz dokonano podziału projek-todawców na 4 główne instytucje: administrację samorządową, organizacje pozarzą-dowe, uczelnie wyższe oraz przedsiębiorcy.
