Fire semantics in the Ukrainian folklore genres

Abstract
The article focuses on studying the specific features and forms of manifestation of the fire image based on such oral tradition genres as incantations, fairy tales and legends. An attempt is made to show the active syncretism of the analyzed image. The development dynamics of the fire image as a symbol of the artistic vision of human evolution is monitored.
