Fixed Point Theorems on Partial Metric Spaces Using Meir-Keeler Type Contractions

Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering and Science Invention - Year 2018, Vol 7, Issue 6

Abstract

Inthis paper we prove a common fixed point theorem in partial metric space for two pairs of weakly compatible self-mappings satisfying a generalized Meir –Keeler type contractive conditions. The presented theorem extends several well-known results in literature.
