FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AS A FORM WHICH PROVIDES FULL AND PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYMENT

Abstract
The article describes the problematic aspects of the use of fixed-term employment contracts as a form which provides full and productive employment for employees. Taking into account the current processes in the world labor market, it is pointed out that fixed-term employment contract, though to a lesser extent, provides the desired stability of labor relations, but never can serve as a worthy alternative to unemployment for an employee.
