FORECAST OF MAIN PARAMETERS OF THE FRUITS AND SMALL FRUITS MARKET

Abstract

The present state of the market conditions of the domestic market of fruits and berries, the price situation, development of foreign trade is analyzed. Consumer needs of the population, due to low solvent demand, were satisfied only by 66%. In the current year, the expansion of the general offer and the increase of prices are foreseen. The following formation of the structure of commodity turnover is expected: fruits of grain crops – 61–65%, fruits of stone worms – 28–30%, berries – 6–7% and nuts – 5–6%. The surplus balance of foreign trade in fruits and berries with high potential for cultivation in Ukraine was negative, except for nuts.
