FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF APPEAL OF VIOLATIONS OF LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Abstract
The article examines the foreign experience of appealing violations of the law in the field of public procurement and identifies the priority directions of its implementation in domestic legislation. The specifics and legal regulation of activity of the subject of appeal in separate countries of the world are analyzed. The stages of administrative and judicial appeal are defined. The attention is paid to the positive aspects of the legal regulation of the procedure for appealing violations of the legislation in the field of public procurement.
