FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF INTERACTION OF AUTHORITIES WITH CITIZENS IN ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
The characteristics of interaction of authorities with citizens in the information society are analyzed. The advantages of using information and communication technologies in the sphere of public administration are found. The current experience of the leading countries in the implementation of e-government technologies is generalized, in particular the United Kingdom, the USA, Germany, Canada, Ireland and the Baltic States; the activities of international associations for the development of the information society and the implementation of e-governments and the main factors influencing the development of the information society and e -government are researched.
