THE PERMANENT SYSTEM IN BUILDINGS AS A COMBINATION OF OBJECTS OF CIVIL CONTROL IN THE FIELD OF CITY BUILDING ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to issues of the peculiarities of the permissive system in construction as a specific set of objects of public control over the activities of public authorities in the field of urban development activities. The concept of permissive system in the field of construction is defined. The types of objects of the permissive system in the field of construction are considered. The objects of public control in the permissive system in the field of construction are determined. Recommendations on how to carry out public control of such objects are worked out.
