FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF LEGAL REGULATION OF DISCIPLINARY LIABILITY OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND DIRECTIONS OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The purpose of the scientific article is to analyze the European experience of ensuring labor discipline in the public service through disciplinary measures and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine under conditions of Europeanization and reformation of public administration. The subject of the study is the disciplinary liability as one of the main types of legal liability applied to public officials. The article analyzes the legislation on disciplinary liability of public officials in the member states of the European Union: France, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Latvia, Spain, Great Britain, Austria, Finland. As a result, the author concluded that some experience would be useful to implement in Ukraine.
