FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF THE INSTITUTION OF PRIVATE EXECUTOR

Abstract
This article examines the international experience of the institution of private executor. It was considered centralized and decentralized approaches to the institution of executor in France, USA, Germany, Sweden and Russia. Identified positive and negative aspects of introducing the institution of private executor in Ukraine.
