FOREIGN LANGUAGE, BUSINESS COMMUNICATION AND ITS STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

Abstract

The article deals with the specifics of business communication. The nature of the notion “business communication” is determined in the paper; the scientists dealing with the problem of business communication are mentioned. The term “business communication” is defined as the process of speech interaction of people, in which the exchange of activities, information and experience aimed at the achievement of the result takes place. Business communication includes presenting/gaining some information or its exchange; agreement in the particular problem concerning both speakers; persuading the partner in correctness of the made decision; maintaining business relations, following adequate status and role; ability to navigate in a situation of business communication. The article out lines for eignbusiness communication in the sphere of health care.Ith assomepeculiarities whic hare duetointerpersonalnature of suchcomm unication and consistsin the communication which is aimednot only atgaining some profitbutatstriving to help solve the problem or sharingsome knowledge with native and foreign colleagues. The communication includes exchange of propositions, requirements, views with the purpose of treatment activities coordination,filling in medical documents or getting into contact with foreign colleagues and partners. The author states that mastering rules of foreign business communication in medical area is especially important in intercultural professional interaction. Beneficial result of business communication in a foreign language is mainly marked by the ability to create interpersonal contact of professional communication in the field of medicine. It depends on realization and knowledge of corporate partnership strategies, specifics of partners’ business medical communication, knowledge of thesaurus of particular medical environment, and the main – ability to interpret communicative intention of the medical specialist adequately.
