FORENSIC CHARACTERISTICS OF CERTAIN TYPES OF CRIMES AS THE COMPONENT OF THE METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE DEFENSE TACTICS AND TACTICS OF THE VICTIM DEFENSE IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The knowledge of different types of criminal activities patterns is crucial for the evidence-based information sources on the investigated case. In terms of usefulness for legal professionals this knowledge is universal – equally necessary for the prosecution, defense and victim representatives. Its purpose is to implement and uphold legal and procedural interests of the parties. The substance of the particular elements of forensic characteristics of certain types of crimes in terms of its usefulness to implement security features and represent the interests of the victim is outlined. The application of this important forensic information in the practical work of defenders and representatives of the victims is established.
