Formación del profesorado de las universidades públicas_españolas en entornos virtuales de aprendizaje

Abstract
Los entornos virtuales de aprendizaje han tomado una gran relevancia en los últimos años en múltiples aspectos de la sociedad. Es por ello necesaria esta investigación, pues su objetivo se centra en analizar el tipo de formación que ofrecen las universidades españolas a sus docentes. Mediante un método de análisis no experimental en el cual se pretende describir las variables, el análisis se realiza por medio del estudio de la oferta formativa de 28 universidades españolas, se estudia el tipo de formato en que las instituciones de enseñanza superior realizan la formación del profesorado. Se concluye destacando como la mayoría de las universidades ofrecen formación tanto presencial como a través de entornos virtuales de aprendizaje, siendo la segunda opción la mayoritaria. Esto puede ocurrir debido a la situación extraordinaria que ha existido, ya que la sociedad ha sufrido fuertes cambios y esta se ha visto sometida a un contexto digital hasta entonces poco explorado.
