Formal and legal aspects of the management of shopping center de-velopment process

Abstract
The investment process associated with the development of the shopping center is a complex project that requires in-depth analysis of investment environment. Conditions for legal and formal requirements regarding the implementation of the investment can have a significant impact on the investment attractiveness and the way we do business in the region. In this article author presents main formal and legal aspects of the development of the shopping center, taking into account stages of the investment process.
