Outsourcing in holding – specificity of contract between parent company and its subsidiary

Abstract
The term “holding” refers to controlling several entities (so-called subsidiaries) by one company (so-called parent company). Outsourcing is another form of strategic alliance; it its modern form outsourcing markedly exceeds the con-tracting a part of existing processes to a specialized independent organization. The aim of this paper is to present specific relationships between two entities forming holding: parent company and its subsidiary offering outsourcing ser-vices to its parent. Our analysis centered around the contract regulating such specific form of cooperation. The aim of the contract signed by the analyzed companies was to define the rules of cooperation and mutual duties in a way providing proper and professional realization of projects related to the utilization of renewable sources of wind energy.
