FORMAS DE CONTRATAÇÃO NO SETOR DE GOVERNANÇA NA REDE HOTELEIRA DE PORTO ALEGRE

Abstract
Th is article aims to examine hiring practices concerning housekeeping personnel in hotels in Porto Alegre. Th e research was carried out at hotels classifi ed as very comfortable, comfortable, and medium comfort according to Guia 4 Rodas 2011. Th e survey was conducted through a questionnaire sent by email and answered by the ones in charge of the Human Resources department. Th e results made it possible it identify the strategies hotels are using when hiring employees.
