Abstract
Introduction. The need for the transition of Ukraine's economy to an innovative way of development is due to the exhaustion of sources of economic growth, a decrease in the amount of investment in the reproduction of logistics and the development of new knowledge, and strengthening the tasks related to preservation of the potential. The potential of the enterprise is cooperation and coordination of actions in the international arena. Without losing established relations, it is necessary to try to find new partners, since the experience of advancement of projects of the aviation industry of Ukraine testifies to the difficulties of independent access to new markets. The potential of the aircraft market is quite large on a global and regional scale. Purpose. Ukraine is one of nine countries in the world, carrying out a full cycle of design and production of aerospace products. The scientific, technological and production capabilities of Ukraine, created for decades, ensure its steady position in the global aerospace industry. Nevertheless, awareness of Ukrainian potential in the field of aviation research and technology is still relatively low in Europe. Increased attention to the problems of realization of potential production opportunities, due to the peculiarities of the modern stage of economic development and increase the efficiency of social production. The effectiveness of enterprise management in general, largely depends on information provision and the ability to use information in the process of making managerial decisions. Results. The problem of developing and implementing the export potential of Ukraine also requires a radical improvement of information provision of foreign trade activities. Thus, in the absence of an officially approved strategic export promotion program and in order to implement a set of measures aimed at improving Ukraine's export potential, it is necessary to develop a single target program for the development of export potential of Ukraine, the introduction of which will facilitate the generalization and systematization of priority tasks in the field of state support for export-oriented industries. Conclusion. In a globalized economy, the maximum realization of export potential is an important factor in ensuring sustainable economic growth for developing countries. In this regard, the primary task is to bring the structure of national exports to the fullest compliance with the requirements of the world market. This process encompasses both the maximization of existing export flows and the stimulation of the most promising from the point of view of generation of income of commodity positions of national exports. Existing programs and concepts for implementing the export potential of Ukraine, aimed at supporting high-tech exports, are not likely to take sufficient account of the specifics of the national economy.
