Organization of Internet-marketing of motor transport services enterprises

Abstract
The scope of road transport services is a large-scale medium-term activity in economically developed countries and constitutes their main part of the economy (more than 50 %). One of the most dynamic services is the transport industry. In market conditions, the development and effective business in Ukraine becomes impossible without the use of modern information technologies that ensure the integration and communication of enterprises providing transportation services with the external environment, improve the quality of services, transfer a large amount of information, increase service speed and efficiency, take into account the needs each individual customer. Managing any business today is impossible without the active use of innovations in the field of information technology and the rapid penetration into all spheres of society, personal computers and the Internet. Effective use of information is one of the most important factors for the survival of enterprises. The issues of high-quality processing and storage of information, is engaged in Internet marketing. In the market for the use of Internet marketing, it contributes to an increase in the level of profitability of a modern enterprise, which has a significant effect on improving the development of small and medium-sized businesses as a whole. The article explores trends in the use of the Internet in countries around the world. It was reported that Ukraine ranks only 9th among European countries. Were highlighted the most popular social media online. Based on this, the article conducted an online interview. When using the panel DigData, which showed the level of popular instant messengers. Based on this, the main directions of using the capabilities of the Internet in the activities of the enterprise of motor transport services have been developed. Thus, when using these events, the company uses the opportunity to immediately receive feedback in the form of opinions and comments from the most active social media users. Internet technologies can help the transport company to solve their own marketing tasks. The Internet is one of the ways to promote and market transport services. The global network provides access to the advertising space of the world, introducing potential consumers. The availability of any information can be provided by Internet technologies.
