FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL CULTURE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article deals with the formation and development of the professional culture of managerial staff in the company, which should be well -planned , organized , and have no spontaneous character. The aim of the article is to present the algorithm of formation and development of the professional culture of managerial staff for any enterprise with a detailed description of each procedure of this process, the use of which will allow companies to more effectively use human resources, including management personnel. The present research was based on a process approach , in which given certain stages of the process. This process is represented as an algorithm consisting of sequential execution of certain procedures. All twenty of these procedures , each unit representing one of the company. Also presented the factors and conditions for the formation and development of the professional culture of management personnel. Factors formation and development of the professional culture of management personnel can be divided into internal and external. Conditions for the formation and development of the professional culture of management personnel consist of four groups: legal- educational, informational- social, psychological, and financial. This algorithm is the formation and development of the professional culture of management personnel suitable for use in enterprises with different ownership in most industries Ukraine. Generally cultural approach to management , including paying particular attention to the formation and development of the professional culture of management personnel, establish internal and external communication links companies, business partnerships , etc. , which will undoubtedly enhance the overall competitiveness of domestic enterprises , improve their attractiveness.
