The article deals with the question of the creation and use of documentary terms. The urgency is substantiated by the fact that terminology as a powerful component of the theory of science quickly responds to the “challenges” of modern processes of practice. Therefore, discussions about the definition of the content of documentary terminology, the significance, the volume of individual lexical units, the feasibility of their use in accordance with the context, the accuracy of translation require further research in this field.
