Vocabulary-minimum as an important component of foreign language teaching at the humanitarian university

Abstract
Lexical system of modern English language is open and therefore virtually infinite. Therefore, a rational, methodically sensible minimization of lexical units quantity is one of the most important conditions for effective teaching/ learning system in any type of educational institutions.
